Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our boats, request information, manage your account and place orders. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's accounts, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Boats, orders and prices
Boat configurations and prices shown on the site are estimates until we confirm them with you in writing. Custom boats are built to order, and the specific terms of a boat purchase - deposit, build schedule, delivery and warranty - are set out in the agreement for that order. Merchandise orders are subject to availability, and prices may change without notice.
Content
The text, photos, videos, logos and designs on this site and on our social media accounts belong to Lazy Deckhand Boat Works or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.
Our tools and third-party platforms
We publish content to our own accounts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube using an internal tool. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
No warranty on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Governing law
