Lazy Deckhand Boat Works ("we", "us") builds custom inflatable racing boats in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through lazydeckhandboatworks.com and our own tools, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you request information, create an account or place an order, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and details of the boat or merchandise you are interested in.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, build and deliver your order, run your account, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the business (website hosting, database, payments and shipping), and only as far as they need it to do that.

Our social media accounts

We use an internal tool to schedule and publish videos to our own Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts. When we connect those accounts, the tool receives permission from each platform to post on our behalf and to read our own account name. It is used only by our staff, only for our own accounts, and does not collect information about anyone who views, follows or comments on our posts. The access it holds is stored on our own computer, and we can revoke it at any time from each platform's settings.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
